2. The construction environment temperature and surface temperature should be 20℃, and construction should not be carried out under conditions below 10℃ or above 30℃.
3. The floor should be placed in the construction environment 48 hours in advance to adapt the floor to the construction environment temperature to prevent expansion and contraction after construction.
Second: Precautions during paving
1. The floor installation should be carried out after the completion of other projects such as plastering, water and electricity pipeline projects, and remember not to cross construction with other processes.
2. The floor must reserve at least 8mm expansion joints between the floor and any side wall or column and other fixed objects. The larger the laying distance, the wider the reserved expansion joint.
3. When the maximum length or width of the installation exceeds 12 meters, partitions should be made, and 8-15MM of partition gaps should be reserved. The partition gaps should be processed with pressure strips.
4. You can choose to lay a layer of moisture-proof and silent pads (1MM thickness can be selected) between the floor and the ground. The silent pads cannot be overlapped but must be laid in parallel. The joints should be firmly glued with transparent tape.
5. SPC Stone Crystal Floor uses European patented locking technology. The grooves and tenons are very precise. When laying, the concave tenons are required to be at the bottom and the convex tenons are required to be naturally embedded at an angle of about 30 degrees. Do not knock them rudely during construction.
6. After the floor is installed, it is forbidden to seal the contact surface between the floor and the skirting board with glue to avoid affecting the removal of moisture from the ground and the expansion and contraction of the floor.
